UP offers a possibility for both renting and buying a stairlift. Choose the option that suits your situation best and we will get in touch with you.

Transparency toward the customer is our priority. That is why we have an extensive webshop where all prices are included.

Visit our webshop and customize your ideal stairlift. If desired, the stairlift can be ordered immediately and we will make an appointment for the installation. Installment is possible within just 3 days.

The UP stairlift can be installed within one week! This is possible since the rail is made of modular curves. The straight rail sections are cut to size and the curved segments can be easily attached to each other. This is in contrast to other stairlift manufacturers. They first need to bend and weld the rail to size before they install it.

Because we have the rail segments in stock, we can deliver your stairlift in three working days.

Yes, that’s possible!

If you choose to rent the UP stairlift, you’ll be paying a starting fee and in addition, you pay a monthly rent. This amount is based on the service contract that you choose. At UP, you’re not tied to a minimum rental period. You can cancel your rental contract whenever you want!

Yes! If purchased from a supplier, it will always be safe. However, don’t buy used stairlifts from private individuals. These are often rejected by the supplier because they are no longer of good quality.

No, when renting, we will remain the owner. This applies to short and longer rental periods.

The UP stairlift is installed and secured with screws.

The UP stairlift fits any stair wider than 65 cm. If in doubt, don’t hesitate to contact us. We nearly always find a suitable solution.

Yes, it does! The stair lift is mounted as close as possible to the side of the steps. As a result, the center of the steps remains accessible at all times. The low design of the rail ensures that you won’t be bothered by it.

Yes, absolutely. The rail ends are kept as short as possible.

If though there is not enough space, you can opt for a drop-nose rail segment. This is a steep rail part that ends just before the stairs. (Only possible at the bottom of the stairs.)

You can also opt for our new hinge rail if there is not enough space. The hinge rail folds back automatically after use. This is both possible on top and at the bottom of the stairs.

In collaboration with furniture designer Richmond, we have ensured that the UP stairlift has a luxurious design. The stairlift chair is made of artificial leather and is available in four different colors. You can choose the color that fits best in your interior.

Most of the parts of the stairlift are imported from Europe. The pieces are then put together to a fully working stairlift at our workplace in Obdam.

Charging stations are located both at the top and bottom of the rail. This ensures that the stairlift will never run out of electricity under normal use.

Never maintain your stairlift yourself! This can be dangerous and cause possible malfunctions. Also, by tinkering on the stairlift, your warranty will expire. By choosing our maintenance subscription we can check the condition of your stairlift remotely. In the case of a malfunction, most problems can be solved by telephone or via the intercom. If this is not the case, a technician will come by to solve the problem.

Clean the chair, backrest, armrests, side covers and footrest with a damp cloth. Avoid using water and detergent on the rail and moving parts.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your stairlift has a break down. If you have opted for a service contract, you can reach us with the intercom. We will look for any deviations in the data of your stairlift. After we identified the problem, we will help you as soon as possible to make your stairlift work again.

The advantage of our service contract is that we can see remotely what is wrong with your stairlift. It’s possible that it’s a minor error that you or a relative can resolve, so no technician intervention is required.


This is no problem! With our app or available remote controls, you can move the stairlift back down.

Yes, that’s possible! The stairlift can continue to the top floor in one go. A stop location can be installed on each floor.

Moving houses

Sure, it is! Unlike other stairlift suppliers, both the seat and rail are reusable. This is due to the modular rail design. It makes it possible to adapt your stairlift to the new stairs without having to construct a completely new rail.

Yes, because the stairlift is reusable, it’s always possible to sell it. You can also choose to have your stairlift moved with you. Only small adjustments are needed for this.
