The UP Experience

The official program will start at 1:30 PM CET on Thursday, March 27, and will conclude on the evening of Friday, March 28, with a big party. To plan everything accordingly, please complete the steps of the underneath booking form.

Step 1. Enter your company name and the first and last names of all attendees.

Step 2. We can arrange the booking of your hotel room(s) for one or both days. Please indicate if you would like DeVi-Stairlifts to book your hotel room(s) by filling in the number of hotel rooms (0 if you take care of the hotel yourself) and for which date the room(s) should be booked. We ask for a € 50 co-payment per room per night (the invoice will be sent by DeVi-Stairlifts).

Step 3. On Thursday morning, a shuttle bus will run from Schiphol Airport to the final location. Please indicate if you would like to use this service, and if so, with how many people (0 if you take care of the transport yourself) and at what time.

We kindly ask you to return the form by January 17, 2025, so we can arrange everything and ensure that the UP Experience will be unforgettable. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you on March 27 and 28, 2025!
